GSHL Restricted Players List: 10/1/2006
There will be a new rule starting this season that will state: No player may play on a 2nd team more than 2 divisions below his current team. (This will exclude B Divisions. Therefore, if a player plays in Div 3 he may play in Div 5A or 5B). This also does not mean that anyone may play 2 divisions below their ability. We will retain the right to update this list as other player are identified who may be playing too low.
No player in Div 1 may play in a lower division, except where noted below
No player above Div 8 may play in Div 8 execpt where noted below
My hope is that the players listed below will take this restriction as a complement in regards to their skills and we will help them get on appropriate level teams if their current team falls into a restricted division.
